Colombia Santa Barbara Estate Excelso
Thanks to high altitude and good volcanic soil, we sometimes will see sweet standout lots from Santa Barbara. This time we’re getting a glowing cherry vibe cloaked in caramel creaminess. Great breakfast coffee and quite refreshing and focused as a pour over.

Autumn Sweater Blend
The year is 1997. The leaves are swirling through the fields, frisbees are flying and you feel nostalgic for this moment already. Across campus, a young college radio nerd puts on Yo La Tengo’s maxi-cd version of “Autumn Sweater,” and the memory turns to gold. In honor of this momentous jam, we present this evocative blend. We’ve been tinkering for a while and finally found the awesome bean origins that give this one it’s smoothness, it’s balanced spice, authoritative chocolatey body, and a touch of berry sweetness!
Burundi Nyarunazi
Sweet and clean! The coffees we’ve been getting from Burundi are really starting to provide consistently excellent results in the roaster. Delicate milk chocolate with nice citrus blossom and tangerine going on in the aromatics.

Rwanda Coopac
This certified FTO has a little stone fruit going on in a floral peach sort of way. A crowd pleaser at the shop with integrated sweetness and winter spice, hints of black tea.
