This coffee is the sum of nineteen individual farmer's work, each farming an average of two hectares at 2,005 meters above sea level. The coffee is fully washed, and was fermented between 18-28 hours then dried on raised beds for 20-30 days.
Oriente Buesaco is a great daily drinker, with mellow malic acidity and loads of chocolate and sugary sweetness!
