Dark Star is a Little Amps staple, and as we've grown, its' grown too! The roast profile is now darker than ever, teasing just before second crack. Roast will not be in the flavor profile, but rich dark chocolate and toasted nuts will be, making for a perfect "with milk" coffee, cold brew base, or heavy espresso if that's how you like it!
Currently comprised of natural process coffees from Brazil and Ethiopia.
