Into The Void

We are tapping into a world we've never explored before - we're going dark! At Little Amps we pride ourselves greatly on creating full bodied medium roasted coffee.

We have always tried to roast coffees enough to bring out their natural flavors but not push it much past a medium level, but y'all have been asking us to push it further and we've finally obliged!  Our newest coffee Into The Void is a dark roast lover's dream. 

By pushing the development time as far as we can while still maintaining a great flavor profile, we think we succeeded in flavorful dark roast that can satisfy a wide range of drinkers. The coffee is sweet berry forward, but finishes out with a smooth dark chocolate flavor and a touch of roast in the finish. We hope you enjoy this new experience alongside us! 

Our current origin for this coffee is a Natural Process Honduran!
