Rotating Green Tea

This Japanese Green Tea comes to us from the Hamada Family in Chiran, Kagoshima.  This family has been making Japanese Green Tea for three generations. This Sencha is lightly steamed, giving us a buttery smooth body with mild notes of steamed greens and pine.  We find it less astringent than it's Chinese counterpart.
