Every now and again we get our hands on some very special coffee. Sometimes it's a competition winner or from a new and interesting growing region. This coffee is special because its terroir and processing produce deeply fruited and complex flavors while maintaining a clean and long finish. Our first cupping absolutely blew us away with unexpected and wonderful notes of pomegranate, gummy candy, and chamomile!

This Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112 is purchased from 35 small holder farms in the sub-kebele (neighborhood) of Shoondhisa. After cherries are sorted for ripeness, they are fermented in an oxygen reduced environment for 72 hours. They are then dried for around 25 days. The result is an incredibly clean and complex flavor profile unlike other coffees from the region. Check it out, as we only have a limited quantity!
